A few observations regarding the deep dive we’ve taken this week on the Pull Drop Magic Marker system @RecDiffs

1.) I saw no evidence that the mark system was being used at all at this particular Franklin, TN location, and at one point the cook came over to obtain a written order for the server.

2.) I didn’t get my hash browns smothered or covered like I ordered, just scattered.

I see a direct correlation between 1 and 2. Make of this what you will.
