Volunteer Marina

The first floor of the building is dedicated to circulation and storage of the boats. Boats would arrive via truck and be unloaded in the right of way of Neyland drive. They would then be moved along the Knoxville riverwalk to the staging area, and then turned to be put into storage. If the destination was the river, they would be walked town the ramp leading to the water, downstream from the building.
