This site plan shows the precarious position the site is in. To access the site there is a World's Fair era pedestrian path under the second creek bridge and railroad tracks, but the path takes you under the flood plane. Instead of using that, I proposed a pedestrian bridge across Neyland Drive. This could serve both as a functional path as well as a visual clue that you were entering the University of Tennessee campus. |
