The second floor of the building is dedicated to the primary user function of the building. The right pavilion houses the crew locker rooms, offices and meeting area, and the left side has the kitchen, bar, and meeting space for the private club. The bridge from across Neyland drive ends in the center of the building, and disperses to either side. |
